Our Mission

Guided by the Great Commandment(Matthew 22:37-39) and the Great Commission(Matthew 28:18-20) we seek to magnify God's name by bringing people to Jesus and membership in God's family, developing them to chirst-like maturity and equipping them for their ministry in the Church and mission in the world.

Our Beliefs

God is the Creator and Ruler of the Universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God. God the Father He is all-powerful, all-knowing, all-loving, all-wise and ever present. He reigns in providential care over the universe and the flow of human history goes according to His purpose and plan. Because of His desire to be in relationship with humanity, He sent His only Son Jesus to earth.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead three days later to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory and will return to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one comes to the Father except through Him. (John 14:6)

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Sprit is the third person of the Trinity. He is co-equal to the Father and the Son, Jesus Christ. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus as Savior. He also lives in every Christian from the time of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth and guidance in doing what is right. At the time of salvation, the Holy Spirit equips the believer with at least one spiritual gift that is used to build the body of Christ, the Church. As Christians, we seek to live under the control of the Holy Spirit every day.

The Bible

The bible is God's written Word to humanity. It has one author, God, but He chose to inspire many humans to write it. It is the source for truth for Christian beliefs and living. Since God inspired it, it is the truth without any mixture of error.

Salvation is the free gift of God to humanity. Jesus died on the cross and was resurrected to conquer sin and death. Because of this sacrifice, humanity can accept what was done to pay the penalty of their sin. No amount of human effort will pay the price for sin. Once a person receives Jesus as Savior and Lord of his/her life, the price is paid through what Jesus did on the cross.
